Charlie J. Blake, Jr. brings a well-rounded legal background shaped by both private practice and public service. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Davidson College.

Early in his career, Charlie gained valuable experience working with the Department of Social Services, the Neighborhood Legal Assistance Program, and in private practice. He later served as County Attorney for Florence County from 2003 to 2006 and was appointed interim County Administrator in 2005—roles that provided him with a deep understanding of governmental operations and public-sector legal matters.

Since joining the firm in 2006, Charlie has developed a broad and versatile legal practice. His experience spans civil litigation, personal injury, real estate matters, and municipal law, allowing him to serve a wide range of clients with practical insight and steady guidance.

In 2020, he became a partner in the formation of Finklea, Hendrick & Blake Law Firm, continuing his commitment to serving clients throughout the Pee Dee region with professionalism and care.
