Susan C. McGill earned her undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina before obtaining her Juris Doctor from Charlotte School of Law. She was admitted to practice law in North Carolina in 2013 and South Carolina in 2014.

Early in her legal career, Susan gained valuable experience working as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Thomas A. Russo and in private practice in South Carolina. She later served as an Assistant Solicitor for the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, where she prosecuted cases in Magistrates Court as well as serious and violent crimes in General Sessions Court.

This background provides her with a strong understanding of courtroom procedures and case strategy from both sides, allowing her to effectively advocate for clients facing criminal charges or pursuing personal injury claims. Today, she focuses her practice on helping individuals navigate challenging legal situations with clarity, responsiveness, and a steady approach.
