J. Greg Hendrick was born and raised in Florence, South Carolina, and has built his legal career serving clients throughout the Pee Dee region. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management, graduating magna cum laude from Francis Marion University, before obtaining his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law.

After returning to Florence to begin private practice, Greg joined the firm in 2007 and has since concentrated his work in real estate law. Over the years, he has worked with a wide range of clients—from first-time homebuyers to experienced investors and developers—helping them navigate both residential and commercial transactions with confidence.

Greg and his team have assisted thousands of clients with property purchases, sales, and closings across South Carolina. His experience includes handling deed transfers, financed and cash transactions, commercial acquisitions, and new construction planning and development. He also serves as a licensed title insurance agent, providing an added level of guidance and protection throughout the closing process.

In 2020, Greg became a partner in the formation of Finklea, Hendrick & Blake Law Firm, continuing his commitment to building long-term client relationships and delivering dependable legal service throughout the Pee Dee region.
