Patrick Buel Ford was born in Orange, California. He subsequently moved to Vermont, where he resided for thirteen years until his family moved to Madison, Wisconsin. He attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he double majored in Mathematics and Philosophy. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2014, where he graduated with honors. Shortly after graduating, Patrick relocated to Florence with his wife, Katie.

Patrick was admitted to practice law in Wisconsin in 2014 and was admitted to practice law in South Carolina in 2016. He is a member of the American Bar Association, South Carolina Bar Association, Wisconsin Bar Association, and Florence County Bar Association.

Prior to moving to South Carolina, Patrick practiced law briefly in Wisconsin. He joined the Finklea Law Firm in May of 2015. He practices in a variety of areas including Civil Litigation, Collection, Foreclosure, Corporate and Business matters, and Real Estate Litigation.
